ALL CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CA SALES TAX as required by the California State Board of Equalizaion.
For the protection of both the card holder and JSHMotors, we will ship the product ONLY to the billing address on the bank/credit card. No exceptions. JSH Motors reserves the right to change this policy at any time without prior notification.
Sales Policies:
Payments can be made by Debit/ Credit Card online with PayPal or Order by phone with debit/ credit card; VISA, Master Card and Discover. No checks excepted. All California residents are subject to 7.25% sales tax. Prices are subject to change without notice. All parts are sold & AS IS and may not be returned. All Sales are Final, No Returns, or Exchanges.
Paypal unconfirmed address- We will only ship to a confirmed shipping address. We can not ship to your work, friends, brothers, or else where. Only to the confirmed adderss. If you make a purchase through the paypal checkout and your address is unconfirmed. We will not ship out the order. However their are three ways to confirm your address with paypal. Which we will send over a link to you on how to. Once we see the unconfirmed address we will notify the purchase party by email or phone. Also all refunds related to a unconfirmed address, we charge a refund fee of USD $1.00. Your order will be canceled / refunded. You can re-order with a confirmed address only. When orders are refunded it will take 1-2 business days to see it on the bank statement. We will not ship to any unconfirmed address what so ever.
Shipping Policies:
Shipping prices / free shipping on our site are for the lower 48 states. If out side the lower 48 please inquire for shipping quote. If you order and are out side the lower 48, we will contact you with the additional shipping fee to your location. Orders are normally processed the next business day of receipt order, but can take up to 2 days. Delivery takes 2-7 business days, depending on delivery location. An in the event were the item is out of stock it can take up to 2 weeks for delivery. We do not ship to any P.O Box addresses no exceptions made. Claim shortage of items' defective, and discrepancies must be made within 20 calendar days of purchase date. If no claim is made within the that time frame, the shipment, and items are considered good and okay on our side. An we will not accept any claims outside the 20 day calendar time frame. When shipping the carrier will attempt to deliver the merchandise three times, if order is not received then the order will returned to JSHMotors. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. We will reship the order only at the buyers expense. The same terms apply to freight shipments. JSH Motors is not responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during transit / shipping. Customer will have to file a report with the shipping company for damaged or lost items. Front or Rear bumpers will be shipped by greyhound service. Which this is the most economical solution for extreme diamension items like these. Greyhound shipments will have to be picked up by the consingee at their local greyhound station. They will not be delivered to your front door. Other carrier service's are available at a much higher rate, Please give us a call if you prefer this method. However online tracking is also available. We guarantee delivery of your order, or 100% money back.
Cancellations:
To cancel an order, you have to speak directly to a sales rep. When cancelling an order you will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. You can only cancel a order if we have not shipped it out. If the order has been shipped out, you may not cancel the order. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Please note that there are no returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Polyurethane lip:
We recommend professional installation of urethane lips. Since urethane can easily be mis-formed/ shaped through the transit process. It may require some heat to reform the lip back into shape. Your professional installer will know this, and will prep an install the lip correctly. All lips & Skirts are sold with the intention to be professionally installed. Heat can only be applied to urethane lips and not abs plastic lips.
