ALL CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CA SALES TAX. Note: For the protection of both the card holder and JSHMotors, we will ship the product ONLY to the billing address on the bank/credit card. No exceptions. All parts are sold & AS IS and may not be returned. All Sales are Final, No Returns, or Exchanges. JSHMotors.com is not responsible for any items that are damaged or loss during shipping. Customer will have to file a report with the shipping company. Sales Policies: Payment can be made by VISA, Master Card and Discover. All California residents are subject to 8.25% sales tax. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping price on site, are for the lower 48 states. If out side the lower 48 please enquire for shipping quote. Orders are normally processed the next business day of receipt order. It can take 2-7 business days for delivery, depending on shipping location. After carrier attempts to deliver the merchandise three times, the order will returned to JSHMotors. We will reshipped the order only at the buyers expense. Cancellations: To cancel an order, you have to speak directly to a sales rep. When cancelling an order you will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. You can only cancel a order if we have not shipped it out. If the order has been shipped out, you may not cancel the order.
